I want to bring my child, will he/she be okay?
That is not for us to determine. Our haunt is not intended for children at all. We have had 4 year olds make it through the haunt and had to carry 50 year old man out of the haunt before. There is no way to determine other than your own judgement if your child should be brought through the attraction. We have a NO REFUND policy, so please be aware of this before you bring your children. Our haunt is graphic in nature and not recommended for children for 12 and under. Children should be accompanied by an adult.
Are you indoors or outdoors?
We are an outdoor attraction, hence the name. Not many forests inside!
If i don't get scared, can I have my money back?
We have a strict, NO REFUND policy. As we try our best to give everyone the best show possible, sometimes we can not please everyone. All sales are final
Are you open if it rains?
We do our best to stay open as much as mother nature allows. We only close if we feel there is a safety issues for our actors or customers. If you purchase a ticket and the event for the evening is rained out, your ticket is honored anytime we are open throughout the season
Is the forest dangerous?
We post warning signs at the ticket booth and the front of the line. The main thing to remember is to follow the path, follow the rules, and DO NOT RUN. Do not enter if you have medical issues, pregnant, or unable to walk on your own. As we have made all reasonable attempts to make our attraction handicap accessible, our attraction is not intended to be. We can not be held responsible if you are unable to pass through the attraction after entering. There are rough terrain and difficult parts to maneuver through. Enter at your own risk and please read the warning page on our website or at our attraction.
Will the actors touch me?
Our actors will not intentionally grab you. They may brush up against you or sometimes fall into you. Our actors are very intense and sometimes brush up against our patrons. This is not done in a malicious or harming manner. They are trying to give you the best show possible! Our actors are trained not to touch you and you are NOT to touch our actors or props. This is grounds for immediate removal from the haunted forest.
Can we bring our own drinks, food, beer?
Customers are not permitted to bring food or drinks into the attraction grounds. Especially NO ALCOHOL. We have plenty to eat and drink if you want to purchase something from us.
Are pictures allowed inside the haunt?
No photos or video is allowed inside the haunt. It slows down your group, disrupts the show, and is rude to the other people in your group. Your cameras, phones, and other devices should stay in your pocket at all times.
